Hi! My name's ThrIf (with a capital i), but you can call me flo. I'm primarily a gamedev and open source nerd from austria (NOT australia how does everyone get that wrong), but I like to dabble in a bunch of other stuff and learning various other things too (like making this website!). I primarily code in godot (genuinely the best engine I've ever used), otherwise I just use VSCodium or Code-OSS with extensions for development.
For Operating system, I use EndeavorOS on my PC and more recently NixOS base Arch on my Laptop (NixOS ended up being too much of a pain over time and I felt like there was never a "properly correct" way to structure my config), although I'm still very much a linux newbie.

I'm very big into open source software and most things I make are open source on my codeberg (like this website itself)! Gamedesign is also something that lives rent free in my head, especially when using it in order to do things that are conventionally seen as "bad design". I'm a big fan of stuff like mechanical friction.

Other stuff about me, uhhhh I like music and wanna learn making that, toki pona is cool so I wanna learn that too, and I also think it's very important to have a baseline understanding of a the things you regularily interact with (like for example IT), so you don't get ripped off by other people or corporations like microsoft.
